There has been a lot of myths on how to lose weight. People give all kinds of advices here and there and most of them don't work. And people that have weight problems find themselves still with their weight problem continuing like before. In this Tips article I am going to introduce 10 tested tips that work on how to lose weight

 

1. First and Foremost try to get some exercise in. I have explained how at the bottom of this page

2. Reduce your normal meals to the lowest you can have it without actually starving (starving meaning missing a meal and going hungry till the next meal).

3. Eat balanced diets, do not cut out some elements.

4 Do at least sit ups exercises for body work out.

5. Do not exclude healthy fats and carbohydrates entirely from your diet. Just eat the right ones.

6. Take long walks daily in the right places that will still leave you felling you are getting by easily with exercise.

7. Don't relax on your couch day after day while eating

8. While exercising without suffering, cut down your diet which should still be balanced to the lowest you can go without starving

9. Drink water instead of several beverages, juices and sugar drinks.

10. If your weight problem still persists while doing all of the above then replace one out of your 3 meals with fruits and vegetables. Hopefully fruits without high sugar. But not the whole day. Severely reduce your breakfast but do not skip breakfast entirely!

You can park you car far some times and walk to where you're going. You should try to make yourself used to that so that you are not just transporting yourself everywhere with a car and not getting any exercise into your system. In efforts to find the most comfortable ways to walk and get exercised, try walking in huge shopping malls and get out to different ones regularly. Or walk through nice parks. The only thing that causes overweightness or obesity is eating and not exercising or exercising and eating too much; so balance them.

2. Reduce your normal meals to the lowest you can have it without actually starving. Do not starve and skip meals like breakfast. Some people skip breakfast and get their weight down to what they want but they now have another problem that they are creating for themselves.

3. Eat balanced diets, do not cut out some elements. Do not cut out carbs like a lot of people do and eat just vegetables and fruits. You might have your weight down like that but you now have another problem because you are not a herbivore. You shouldn't cut out carbohydrates, instead you should eat the right ones. Eat natural carbohydrates that contain fibre. Carbs that are not too easy to digest like a lot of processed foods. Also avoid all these high fructose drinks that release a lot sugar into your blood at a time.

A lot of people trying to lose weight immediately start by cutting out any kind of carbs from their diet. That is actually unhealthy. The also cut out fats of any sort. That's very unhealthy too. Cutting out carbohydrates is not what is needed for someone who is now ready to eat right. What is needed is to eat the right ones.

9. Drink water instead of several beverages, juices and sugar drinks. Just drinking water alone helps cleans your body. But then drinking water which has no calorie value helps you greatly in avoiding unnecessary calories so that you can eat right.

10. If your weight problem still persists while doing all of the above then replace one out of your 3 meals with fruits and vegetables. Hopefully fruits without high sugar. But not the whole day. Severely reduce your breakfast but do not skip breakfast entirely! You can even reduce your breakfast to something the size of 3 french fry sticks. But don't go eating French fries from junk food restaurants because they are not healthy. If you are going to eat french fries, make sure its fries that will actually spoil or rot when left for a few weeks. And not the kind that stays perfect for years like some Frankenstein oddity that you get in junk food restaurants!
